- 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1/2 cup diced salami
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped pitted ripe olives
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
Directions
- Cook and drain tortellini as directed on package.
- In large bowl, toss tortellini, salami, bell pepper, onion and olives.
- In small bowl, mix dressing, parsley and basil. Pour over tortellini mixture; toss to coat.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving time.
