Ingredients
- 8 oz. tri-color rotini pasta
- 1/4 cup diced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
Dressing
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, pepperoni, bell pepper, onion, olives, and Parmesan cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and salt and pepper.
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss until well combined.
