Vegetable Casserole
Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, zucchini, onions, and peppers)
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
